Each rabbit is handcrafted with attention to detail; I aim to create them realistically and emphasize their gentle character. After studying and sketching cottontail bunnies, I begin by creating an armature using sturdy floral wire. This framework resembles the anatomy of a Cottontail rabbit. The base is wrapped in wool and needle-felted into shape. Whiskers from horsehair and glass eyes are used for an authentic appearance.
